DiasporaHub – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to DiasporaHub, a platform operated by the Africa Diaspora Corporation (ADC). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and the use of our mobile application and website (collectively, the “Platform”). Please read them carefully. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must refrain from accessing or using the Platform.

DiasporaHub is a digital ecosystem designed to connect members of the public, with focus on African diaspora, with trusted third-party service providers offering services such as:

Healthcare plans

Real estate investment opportunities

Funeral support programs

Other diaspora-focused solutions

DiasporaHub operates solely as an intermediary and does not directly provide, manage, or control any of the services listed on the Platform.

Africa Diaspora Corporation in collaboration with its third-party service providers will be offering a 24-hour customer Information assistance to Subscribers.

Africa Diaspora Corporation will ensure that conflicts or violations of Terms & conditions by Third Party providers are resolved with its direct Partners on behalf of the Subscribers.

Refund or non-refund policies are solely the responsibility of the third-party service providers.

All services featured on DiasporaHub are offered by independent, third-party providers. While we aim to partner with reputable entities, Africa Diaspora Corporation:

Does not own or operate any of the services offered

Cannot guarantee the quality, accuracy, or availability of services

Relies on the third-party providers for all service information, including pricing, terms, and benefits.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

Any agreement for services is strictly between you and the provider

Africa Diaspora Corporation is not a party to those agreements and holds no responsibility for their fulfillment

Any concerns or complaints must be directed to the service provider

Africa Diaspora Corporation does not offer warranties, guarantees, or endorsements of third-party services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Africa Diaspora Corporation shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect loss or damages arising from:

Use or inability to use the Platform

Engagements or transactions with third-party service providers

Errors, delays, or omissions in service listings or content

Service delivery issues or contractual disputes between users and providers

All interactions and decisions made through the Platform are at the user’s sole risk.

DiasporaHub utilizes secure third-party payment processors such as Stripe, Flutterwave, and Paystack to facilitate payments. Unless expressly stated, payments are made directly to service providers.

DiasporaHub does not hold or manage user funds.

Refunds, where applicable, are subject to the service provider’s own refund policies.

Users must contact the relevant provider directly for refund requests or disputes.

All users agree to:

Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and use

Use the Platform for lawful purposes only

Refrain from fraudulent, abusive, or impersonation behavior

Respect the intellectual property and brand integrity of DiasporaHub and its partners

Violations may result in suspension or permanent termination of access to the Platform.

While Africa Diaspora Corporation conducts an initial vetting process before listing any provider, ongoing monitoring is limited. We reserve the right to:

Suspend or remove providers at our discretion

Terminate partnerships due to complaints, misconduct, non-compliance, or breach of trust.

This ensures the integrity and safety of the Platform for all users.

All materials on the Platform — including but not limited to logos, branding, content, visuals, and design — are the exclusive intellectual property of Africa Diaspora Corporation or its licensors.

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, or distribution of this content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

DiasporaHub reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be communicated via the Platform or email.

Continued use of the Platform after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. All disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
