Telehealth does not replace every in-person assessment. For a medical emergency, contact your local emergency service or attend the nearest emergency facility.
For Physicians Worldwide
Your Expertise. A Healthier Future for Africa.
Join a global community of physicians helping expand access to medical expertise and strengthen healthcare systems across Africa.
ADC welcomes qualified physicians from every continent, regardless of nationality or country of origin, to join the Global Telehealth Network. African diaspora physicians can reconnect their expertise with communities back home, while physicians worldwide can contribute through consultations, professional collaboration and knowledge exchange.
Ways to Contribute
- Provide patient consultations within your authorised scope of practice.
- Participate in physician-to-physician consultations and clinical discussions.
- Offer specialist perspectives on suitable cases.
- Contribute to approve professional learning and knowledge-sharing activities.
Make an Impact with Professional Reimbursement
Participating physicians receive financial reimbursement for each completed consultation under the agreed engagement terms.
Reimbursement rates, payment arrangements and consultation requirements are communicated during onboarding. Participation and consultation allocation depend on credential approval, patient needs, service availability and applicable practice requirements.
Physician Onboarding
The onboarding process includes an expression of interest, review of qualifications and professional registration, credential verification, assessment of applicable practice requirements, agreement of engagement terms and platform orientation.
Wherever you come from, your expertise can help build stronger healthcare connections across Africa.
