About Africa Diaspora Corporation

Africa Diaspora Corporation (ADC) is a pan-African organisation focused on connecting the global African community with trusted services, businesses, institutions, investment opportunities and development initiatives across Africa.

Through strategic partnerships, digital innovation and diaspora engagement, ADC seeks to create stronger connections between Africans living abroad and opportunities that contribute to sustainable economic and social development across the continent.

ADC’s flagship digital platform, DiasporaHub, is being developed as a multi-service digital ecosystem through which Africans in the diaspora can discover and access trusted services and opportunities across areas such as healthcare and health insurance, real estate, travel and hospitality, security and family support, African businesses and other essential services.

The Opportunity

As ADC advances its pan-African expansion strategy, the Corporation is seeking highly credible, experienced and well-connected African professionals to serve as:
ADC REGIONAL AMBASSADORS

Regional Ambassadors will provide high-level representation, market intelligence, stakeholder engagement, partnership facilitation and coordination across designated African regions.

Unlike the DiasporaHub Brand & Marketing Ambassador role, which is primarily designed around community engagement, customer acquisition, brand awareness and grassroots market development, the Regional Ambassador is a higher-level strategic representation and market-development role.

The Regional Ambassador will act as a trusted regional interface between ADC and:

Governments and public institutions;
regulators and relevant agencies;
financial institutions;
development organisations;
corporate organisations;
healthcare institutions;
real estate organisations;
technology companies;
chambers of commerce;
investment and business networks;
diaspora institutions;
country representatives;
service providers; and
other strategic stakeholders.

The existing Ambassador framework already emphasises trusted community relationships, strategic introductions, market intelligence, partnerships and structured reporting. The Regional Ambassador role expands these responsibilities to an institutional and multi-country level.

Regional Portfolios

ADC intends to organise its African market-development activities across five principal regional portfolios:

Actual country responsibility may be adjusted by ADC depending on operational priorities, regulatory readiness and phased expansion.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of the ADC Regional Ambassador is to facilitate ADC’s strategic market development, institutional engagement, partnership expansion and DiasporaHub adoption across an assigned African region.

The Regional Ambassador will help ADC to:

Establish strong institutional visibility across the region.
Identify and engage strategic partners.
Facilitate access to governments, regulators and industry stakeholders.
Coordinate market intelligence across multiple countries.
Support ADC's Country Launch Clearance and market-entry readiness processes.
Identify commercially viable opportunities for DiasporaHub.

strengthen ADC's brand credibility and stakeholder relationships.
identify regional investment, development and expansion opportunities.
support controlled and compliant scale-up of ADC activities.
Key Responsibilities

All country launches remain subject to ADC’s mandatory:
Legal + Regulatory + Payment + Tax + Data + Consumer Protection + Marketing + Partner + Technology + Risk Clearance.

6. Coordination of Country Representatives
Where ADC appoints Country Representatives or Country Focal Persons within the region, the Regional Ambassador may support regional coordination by:

• consolidating country reports;
• identifying common regional opportunities;
• supporting stakeholder introductions;
• monitoring agreed country objectives;
• escalating regional issues to ADC management;
• facilitating knowledge sharing;
• supporting performance review.
The Regional Ambassador should coordinate rather than create an independent regional hierarchy outside ADC’s approved management structure.

7. DiasporaHub Market Development
Support expansion of DiasporaHub by identifying regional opportunities for:
Healthcare and Health Insurance

• speeches;
• professional forums;
• conferences;
• interviews;
• webinars;
• business events;
• strategic networking activities.
All public statements, regulated-product claims and official ADC communications must comply with ADC’s approval procedures. The underlying Ambassador framework similarly requires approved communications and regulatory compliance for public-facing campaigns.

The Ambassador may identify, recommend and support ADC participation in:
• regional investment forums;
• healthcare summits;
